My commitment in front of you

Everyone talks about having a healthy lifestyle, self-love, and spirituality. But how many of us fully understand what it means?

It is not enough to want these things if we do not act in this direction. We all know the theory, but we take refuge in our comfort zone when it comes to practice. Maybe we are ashamed to go to a gym alone. Perhaps we don’t know what to start with or where. The important thing is to begin. This is the first step.

I desire to motivate the world around me, but how can I do this except by being an example myself?

A year ago, I was going to the gym, I had a coach, and the results were pretty straightforward. Once I started training, it was not so easy for me to eat so much fast food or a lot of sweets. I was beginning to take more care of myself. I was starting to commit myself.
Now, nine months after I was no longer in a gym, I started to ignore what I was consuming and be more careless with myself. However, I began to lose confidence in myself, started comparing myself to other people, and became anxious.

So, my dear ones, my challenge starts today! For a month, I will train at home 4–5 times a week because, at the moment, my time does not allow me to go to a gym, and once a week, I will do yoga. I can’t say I’m in bad shape, but we can continually improve.

Okay, now that I have a plan, what do I do?

I spent a week thinking about how to do it and where to start. So, I started looking for things on Amazon that would help me reach my goal. I ordered elastic bands, a push-up board, which comes bundled with a rope, and sturdy straps that can reach up to 66lbs in weight; they can be attached to the bar. Besides, I also ordered 10lbs each leg weight, but you can take the consequences out, which is fantastic! I was pretty skeptical at first, but I trained the day I received them, and it was pretty intense, to my surprise. And for all that, I spent almost $ 100.
